HURST Jaws of Life, an industry-leading global manufacturer of rescue tools, has expanded its customer service team to support HURST Jaws of Life® customer and recognition programs.  Ebony Beyah joins the company as customer service specialist.

“We rely on having extraordinary talent to serve the admirable first responder community that uses HURST Jaws of Life rescue tools, and we’re thrilled to welcome Ebony to the team,” said Patti Plemmons, HURST Jaws of Life customer service manager.

Beyah will support customer service in sales and marketing, including management of the Green Cross program, a recognition program that honors first responders’ dedicated efforts to save or free entrapped patients using HURST Jaws of Life tools. Before joining HURST, Beyah worked with a community nonprofit organization providing services for at-risk children and adults. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
